Stage Hands – must know orchestration, instrumentation, various layouts and seating arrangements,  be able to lift heavy objects and not be clumsy, be precise with spiking the stage and preparing for concerts,  move fast and with grace, and know how to handle and move instruments correctly -- and be able to arrive early to set up and stay let to strike the stage or rehearsal location.
