Interns immediately needed:
Programming, Venue Relations, Audience development
Marketing, Marketing Planning, Low Budget and Free Marketing operations and implementation
Performance, Librarian, Stage Hand, Members, Musician, Musician Outreach and HR issues.

For Programming and Venue relations one should know a lot about repertoire in classical, contemporary, jazz, broadway, world, etc. types of music and how they would appeal to musicians, venues, and audiences, and how to package them successfully artistically and economically etc.
For Marketing you need to be passionate about nonprofit music and know marketing basics, as well as graphic design and desktop publishing, writing copy, etc. Social media and computer skills are a plus.
For Production, Librarian, HR and Recruiting etc. you need to be willing to work phones and email and scheduling to coordinate rehearsals and performances, prepare parts and scores, and find new musicians willing to work for free and/or an appropriate amount of compensation relative to the work required (within reason).
